This seated massage session offers a convenient and accessible way to experience therapeutic benefits in less time. While the client remains fully clothed and seated, focused techniques are applied to the back, neck, shoulders, and arms—key areas where tension and stress often accumulate. This session is ideal for quick relaxation, improved circulation, and relief from muscle tension or restlessness during a busy day. It also supports body awareness and may help enhance mobility in the upper body without requiring a full table setup. These can only be booked for events including but not limited to, Employee appreciation days, Health fairs, Conference wellness lounges, Parent/teacher nights, Disability resource events at universities, Family caregiver support events, Hospital or rehab center open houses, Case management agency fairs, Inclusive family festivals. Minimum of 4 hours required.
